Career Readiness Program (CRP)
The Career Readiness Program (CRP) assists individuals with barriers to employment in obtaining and retaining employment. We work with our clients’ strengths and abilities to help them achieve their greatest potential by providing them skills training, job placement, and other services. Clients will have the opportunity to be fully involved in determining realistic career objectives and the plans to accomplish these objectives.
CRP is up to 12 months in length and participants work up to 32 hours a week; however, this is subject to change.
How it Works
Participant Referral - Referring agencies meet with each perspective participant to determine if CRP is a good fit. If it is the referring agency will complete a referral form and email it to the Outreach and Admissions Coordinator prior to sending participant to General Information Session.
General Information Session (GIS) - Participants attend GIS. At this time participants are introduced to CRP’s requirements and expectations, and learn more about the structure of the program. All participants who are interested in continuing the CRP process will be scheduled for an intake.
