POSITION SUMMARY:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for opening, closing and securing trailer at designated times
- Surveys supplies and trailer capacity
- Reports the number and type of large items requiring truck pickup and places
status calls at designated times
- Greets donors and determines the acceptability of donated items based on
established criteria
- Issues receipts records and maintains daily record sheets
- Sorts and stacks donations into designated containers, ensuring items are
wrapped and/or packed to prevent damage or a safety hazard
- Maintains clean/neat trailer both inside/outside
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Position requires ability to lift 50lbs maximum with consistent lifting
and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs
- Ability to write correspondence and submit record logs to management (via
e-mail and hand written)
- Ability to deal with public and agency employees in a professional manner
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions

POSITION SUMMARY:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Conduct loss prevention investigations
- Conduct facility inspections and searches as indicated
- Prepare loss prevention reports, summaries and surveys as required
- Interface with and coordinate with local law enforcement agencies
- Investigate reports of fraud, theft, destruction of property, vandalism
and other unlawful acts against the Agency
- Works security station in main plant as directed
- Observes incoming and outgoing personnel to ensure no unauthorized items
are taken out or brought into building and challenges as necessary.
- Makes random checks of lunch boxes, etc.
- Reacts promptly to emergencies and alarms to prevent injury to personnel
or property
- Prepares and submits reports on security or safety items as required
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to write correspondence and submit security logs to management
(via e-mail and hand written)
- Ability to deal with public and agency employees in a low key manner
and still insist upon adherence to policy
- Aptitude for dealing with crisis situations in a positive low key
manner
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Valid CA diver’s license
- Valid California Guard Card preferred

POSITION SUMMARY:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Support staff at office and stores regarding use of computer systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, networks, software
and other peripherals
- Interface directly with support contractors, retail store personnel,
and internal corporate departments
- Participate in the planning and implementation of major IT projects such
as upgrading POS (Point-of-Sale), servers, network infrastructures, and
workstations
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- POS experience required
- HS diploma or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of and some expertise with Microsoft Windows XP, Server 2003,
and MS Office.
- Good understanding of computer networks, hardware and software.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

POSITION SUMMARY:

- Maximize store sales by providing customers with a high level of service,
the appropriate quality and quantity of stock to choose from, and by using
good merchandising and display techniques
- Accountable for cash register operations, all monies received, daily
bank deposits, sales receipts and inventory and to protect these assets
from either internal and external losses
- Responsible for training and supervising employees, including but not
limited to: hiring, discipline, completing evaluations and wage adjustments,
safety training, terminations, and documentation/completion of all related
paperwork
- Maintain store properly staffed during hours of operations
- Ensure that store housekeeping, safety and security are maintained
- Train clients assigned to the store
- Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures

- High School Diploma or equivalent and successful work experience
- Minimum four to five years retail sales and supervisory experience

of new employees
- Act as a liaison between the Plant and other store employees and complete
a variety of paperwork pertaining to department employees and daily operations
- Accountable for store cash funds when opening/closing the store without
management supervision
